Sunlight is the most valuable resource that we have. 

Without it there would be no life on Earth. A day with no sunlight is night. All of our ancestors lived in the sun for most of their time. By staying in the sun their bones and body was very immune and strong. Many of my friends never go out in the sun. I have seen them take vitamin D supplements in school. The main reason for this is that they don't go out or play in the sun. Many of them play video games and stay at home. With no physical activity, there comes obesity and laziness.

O! Sunlight, the most precious gold to be found on Earth. 
You might have heard of this quote, but this also explains the importance of sunlight to us. A day with no sunlight is just termed as night. Without proper vitamin D intake, our bones will get weaker and brittle. Thats is why our elders force us to go out in the sun, but most of us don't listen to them. By going out in the sun, our skin becomes healthier and it also reduces acne.

When we go out in the sun, our mood brightens. The warmth of the sunlight makes us happier and incentive to do work.
